It is possible to have consultations about COVID-19 in your own language. (19 supported languages)
What kind of consultations are supported?
- Advise people who suspect they may have COVID-19 (They have met with a confirmed case, visited somewhere where there is a cluster, got a notification from the COCOA app etc.)
- Give information about which clinics can perform a test for COVID-19 if the caller develops a fever.
- Give information about the current COVID-19 situation.

How to use the service:

1. When
the phone call connects, please ask for your desired language.
*If
possible, please use the Japanese (katakana) pronunciation of your language
name.
2. You
will be connected to an interpreter.
3. You
will also be connected to a COVID-19 Consultation Center in Kumamoto.
4. You can now discuss your symptoms/situation with the
Consultation Center, with the help of an interprete
