The Kumamoto Prefectural “mass vaccination center” will accept reservations until Junuary 2023.

About the mass vaccination center

Period of Operation

Until the end of Junuary 2023.

Monday to Friday

Saturday and Sunday

6 AM to 9 PM

(last admission for the day is at 8:30 PM)

Noon to 6 PM

(last admission for the day is at 5:30 PM)

Grandmesse Kumamoto

(1010 Fukudomi, Mashiki, Kamimashiki District)

Target Group

Those who are 18 years and older as of the start of the vaccination center opening and to those who possess a vaccination voucher.

How to make a reservation

You can make reservations online

For those who cannot make reservations online

please come to the Support Center. We can make a reservation for you. Please bring your vaccination voucher as well as documents to confirm your identity when you come.

Grandmesse Kumamoto (Mashiki Town) 1 floor entrance.

(Operation Hours) 1 PM to 5 PM (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays)

What to bring on your vaccination day

Vaccine voucher (obtained from your municipality)
Medical pre examination form

This form was included within the documents given to you by your municipality. Complete this form and bring it with you. Please check your temperature before coming to the site. In case you have a fever or do not feel well, please contact the call center (096-213-1800)

Documents to confirm your identity (Driver’s license, My Number Card, health insurance card, etcetera)
Medicine Record (Please bring this if you are currently undergoing medical treatment or taking medications.)
