Q. I want to change my foreign
driver’s license to a Japanese driver’s license. What is the procedure for
this?
In order to switch our license to a
Japanese driver’s license it is necessary to make a reservation with the
Kumamoto Prefectural Police in advance. Please have your passport and license
ready when you call.
